Mix in water at a rate of one .3 oz. pouch per gallon. Always provide access to plain, fresh water alongside the electrolyte solution.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FRESH WATER SEPARATELY?

Just like in humans, the electrolytes in Poultry Electrolyte naturally encourage your flock to stay hydrated, but should not be the only thing they drink. Provide clean, fresh water each day to ensure they have enough water to pair with their electrolyte solution.

CAN I GIVE POULTRY ELECTROLYTE TO OTHER POULTRY SPECIES BESIDES CHICKENS?

Yes! The ingredients in Poultry Electrolyte can help chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pheasants, quails, guinea fowl and even ostriches. You can follow the same 1 pouch per 1 gallon of water ratio as you scale up or down for larger or smaller birds.

WHAT IS THE SEDIMENT I SEE IN THE BOTTOM OF MY ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION?

Not all minerals are completely water soluble, including some of the beneficial ones naturally found in Redmond's sea and volcanic deposit. Your birds will still be able to access all that goodness settling in their waterer as they scoop and tilt to drink.

Can I use Poultry Electrolyte dry on chicken feed?

Yes! For large operations that don't have 2 separate watering systems (ie. 1 for electrolytes, 1 for fresh water), you can mix Poultry Electrolyte and Probiotic into their dry feed.
